08 Bataleon Snowboard Locust

We were bored, there was now powder, the park was shit and street rails are for old women. That, and it rained for 63 days in a row in Portland last winter. So with nothing to do we started to play around with variations on the Triple Base Technology. We wanted a board that hard charging all mountain freeriders could really get their teeth into. So we came up wit a fully directional shape and then shifted around the patented triple base technology to creat the mother of all freeride boards. We shifted back the flat section of the base from the centre and then gave a more pronounced base angle towards the nose than the tail. The results were perfect, superior flow in powder and a nice and aggressive kick out of your turns when carving long and hard on packed snow. The ultimate freerider is born.
